Chapter one. That morning, the fog still hung low over the hillside when Hannah opened the door of her bookshop. The little bell above the door rang softly, as it had every day for twenty years. But that morning, something was different. On the counter lay a letter with no stamp, written in handwriting she knew very well. Her father's handwriting. And her father had been gone for a long time.Generation recipe
